Started as an American Romanian joint venture back in 1997, run by Oana Hanganu,
Delta Relocation is completely Romanian owned since 2010, when the American partner retired to US.
In over 20 years of experience our company worked together with the largest international relocation networks
from US and Europe, relocating assignees from different cultures and backgrounds
and helping them integrate easily into the local culture.
Utilizing our extensive expertise we have created CQ Romania
Cultural Intelligence Romania specializing in providing
in depth Cultural Awareness and Integration Training and Development of Cultural Intelligence Skills Training
for both expats and locals

About us

We have been Global Net Member of Cartus Corporation for more than 20 years and have been providing the highest level of destination services in Bucharest, Romania.
Our main goal has always been to have the expatriate families settled in the new location with the minimum amount of stress possible. Such stress reflects to the family life when moving from one country to another.



Our service approach starts with a thorough evaluation of the client needs before coming to Romania, and continues with a support program of choice that includes all the client needs and requests.
We are paying attention to each detail and each request of our client and carefully plan their program, to be able to accommodate all our client wish list and make their transition as smooth as possible.
During our service we build a close relationships with our clients, we provide them with the information necessary to make the transition from their environment to the new location and to the new culture.
Our consultants are handling the service from the start before the client arrives in our country until the end of the service.

Our experience as destination service provider is extensive, we have been the first company to offer destination services in Romania for over 20 years.
Our team is formed of highly qualified personnel with university and post graduate degrees in various fields.
All our services are offered in English language.
Our main focus is on Bucharest, the capital of our country. Our office is located here, but in the past, we have provided our standard services in other cities at the special request of our clients.
